Teaching and evolving Kairos Therapy since 1988 in the US, Canada, and Europe, Stephanie’s focus and passion is supporting people in healing their physical and emotional trauma at the deepest levels possible by creating an extremely safe place for people to move into, through, and out of their emotional pain. For 22 years, as a Wholistic Health Practitioner, she uses massage, ear candling, nutriceuticals (Glycobiology) and Kairos Therapy in her work.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Community Studies from UC Santa Cruz and has 8 younger siblings, which prepared her for the leadership and teaching of groups and individuals. She possesses a great sense of humor and is extremely grounded and centered. She has studied Tai Chi for over 20 years and is currently taking Karate for seniors. She has three grown sons, two birth and one adopted. She currently lives and practices in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Jose).
