I am married with three teenage children. I previously worked as a secondary school
teacher obtaining a B Comm degree and a Higher Diploma in Education. I have always had a keen interest in complementary medicine. I heard about Kairos Therapy from a friend at a time when I was feeling anxious and stressed. I received four sessions of Kairos and I was amazed with how good I felt. My worries seemed to lift. I felt a sense of calm. My confidence and self- esteem also increased. I was so impressed with the therapy I wanted to learn more. I decided to train as a Kairos Therapist in 1995.
Kairos helps people find their true selves again. All the hurt and pain we have accumulated over our lives can be released from our bodies, giving us back our capacity to enjoy life and discover fulfillment and peace.
