When I first heard about this work I must admit to being slightly dubious.
I felt at the time that healing was more complicated than just working on the emotional plane. What about all the other levels ? psychic, spiritual, mental?
What I was to discover was :
Through healing the emotional body, pain was lifted from all levels of my being.
My spirit became lighter. I was more energised, joyful, confident.
I no longer had to figure it all out.
What profound freedom. Life became simpler.
As the layers dropped so did the acting out, and I began to work with my life.
