In the early 90's my life was 'turned upside down' and I made several decisions which affected my sojourn on Earth. Since then, although life has been less secure it has been very freeing and trust is a word and way of life that I have learnt to respect and I find very humbling. From my own experiences of the power emotional release can have I now find 'Kairos' to be a most rewarding therapy in the development of personal transformation. As I work with clients to release their pain, it is for me, a privilege and an honour to witness the layers of constricting emotions peel off and to see a client's new found awareness, confidence and love developing. It takes courage to release our 'hidden' pain but the rewards are great and well worth that first step to healing our wounds.
