I am in the last part of Kairos training before becoming a fully qualified therapist.

The healing power of Kairos bowls me over time and time again. I've known it to manifest on a subtle level, incrementally resulting in more and more true relaxation of body and mind. And as well as in dramatic breakthroughs that can shift stuck energy quite quickly.

I have been involved with Buddhism for a long time  and been an ordained Buddhist since 1998. Both Kairos and my Buddhist practice are a great aid in bringing deeper awareness into my daily life...giving courage to face what needs facing and remove blockages in order to be more at ease in my own body/mind.
