I have always had a big interest in natural healing and in my own ongoing personal growth. As a result I qualified and worked in many therapies such as Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki Seicheim, and Yoga. Having been introduced to Kairos Therapy many years ago and experiencing its effectiveness in helping me through some difficult times in my life I decided to train as a Kairos Therapist.

I work from home and am available to see clients at a time that is suitable to both of us. I enjoy working with Kairos and find it very rewarding. I never cease to be amazed at how this powerful, yet gentle therapy can help people release old painful stuck emotions, let go of limiting beliefs, and get back to their true nature, to ”wholeness” and to living life in a more free and joyful way.
